What’s included

Party Time

Each of our half day parties include a 7 hour time slot. These time slot options, give you 8:00AM-3:00PM or, our afternoon party option of 4:00PM-11:00PM. A Sunday option of 1:00PM- 8:00PM is available* This wide window gives time for set-up, party time, and clean up without the hassle of being rushed.

Tables and Chairs

We know that there is a lot of thought that goes into your special events. Our goal is to minimize the stress, by including tables and chairs into our rental price. We provide you with enough 8’ rectangle tables for your needs, and chairs for all of your guest. This is a service offered at no additional cost when renting our facility. Also, available by request are our 60” round tables (limited availability- must be reserved in advance).

Add-ons

At the Harrod Event Center, we offer a few additional benefits when using our center, for a very low cost. If you decide that you are interested in our courtyard area, set-up or tear-down by our staff, we have these options available for you to add to your event rental. If interested, you can browse our add-on section below.

* This option of time is only available for Sunday’s, and given that the full time slot is available due to previously booked events.

FAQs

How does the payment work?

Your security deposit is due when the party is booked. This is a separate payment from your rental fees, and will be refunded, given the contract is fulfilled. The rental amount will then be due, 7 days prior to your scheduled event.

How long do I have to pay my deposit?

When booking on our website, you security deposit will be due at check out. If you call over the phone or come in the office, we allow 7 days to pay the security deposit before we will take you off the schedule without notice.

What if I pay my rental amount early but cancel my event?

When an event is cancelled in any way, we will keep your security deposit. Any other funds that have been received, with 60 days between the cancellation and the event will be refunded. Any other payments with less than 60 days to the event will be kept.

How can I request round tables for my event?

At this time, to reserve round tables for your event, please call our office and make sure they are available for your date. They will then be marked for your specific event and brought in for you to set up.

Can I reschedule my event?

Rescheduling will need to be done at least 60 days in advance. Within the 60 days there will be a $50 rescheduling fee assessed.

What if I want to pay by cash?

If you would like to pay by cash or check, you can pay in our office during open hours or drop it off in our HARROD EVENT CENTER DROP BOX.

How do I know I will get my deposit back?

Making sure that all of the User Guidelines are fulfilled and that the contract has been completed.
